The primary goal of the NJ ACTS Community Engagement Core Kick-Off was to bring together researchers, clinicians, public health professionals and community stakeholders in an open dialogue, to discuss community-engaged, dissemination and implementation science that addresses issues of health equity. Our diverse and dynamic group of speakers and panelists provided in-depth insight, as well as, actionable and practical tools of engagement models, methods and mechanisms that have worked in various settings.
