It is THE question on the minds of many parents: Will my child need to wear a face covering in school when classes resume in September? Masks have been required under Gov. Phil Murphy’s executive order on COVID-19 safety protocols since in-person instruction resumed last summer. While Murphy mostly lifted indoor masking requirements three weeks ago, schools remain among the exceptions.
