New Jersey is mostly lifting its indoor mask mandate on Friday, a triumphant milestone in the 15-month battle against the coronavirus pandemic, but not everyone is celebrating. That includes some parents of young children not yet eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine and adults who, for a variety of reasons, have opted not to get vaccinated.
