When Minh-Tu Do and his wife found an opportunity for their children Justin, 9, and Joey, 4, to get the COVID-19 vaccine as part of Pfizer’s pediatric clinical trial at Rutgers University, they jumped at the chance. “I’m a proponent for them to get the influenza vaccine every year. So getting the COVID vaccine to me was not really a question of should we do it? It was more of a question of when can we get it?” said Do, who is a pediatrician.
