In keeping with the NIH requirement that faculty be trained in mentoring PhD students and Postdocs, the Rutgers Health Office of Postdoctoral Affairs offers a series of workshops for faculty in the biological sciences with new case studies each time. These workshops satisfy NJ ACT’s expectation for Academy of Mentors members to receive additional training in mentoring annually.
