For all grant categories, applicants must complete an online application. Online applications must be submitted via the SAGE system no later than 3:00PM, MAY 1, 2024. No grant applications will be accepted past this stated deadline. No exceptions will be made. The grants will be available on New Sage system at: https://dohsage.intelligrants.com/
New Users: If your organization already uses SAGE, contact a designated administrator within your organization to request a new user account.If your organization has never used SAGE before, submit a completed registration form to the Department’s SAGE Help Desk at njdoh.grants@doh.nj.gov to request access.
