NOTE for investigators at RWJMS:
Proposals MUST be submitted through the Rutgers ORSP via the electronic Research Administration and Proposal Submission System (RAPSS) and are subject to the standard ORSP deadlines of 5 business days prior to the sponsor deadline for submission of administrative components to ORSP, and 2 business days prior to the sponsor deadline for submission to ORSP of the complete application (including the final scientific components of the proposal). Proposals that have not been submitted to ORSP by the 2-day deadline will not be accepted without prior approval.
Please work with your RWJMS Grants Administrator assigned to your department/institute to submit your proposal in RAPSS.
NJHF requires a letter verifying organizational support for the application. This letter can be from your Department Chair/Institute Director,
AFTER the proposal application has been approved for submission by Rutgers ORSP, applicants will then need to SUBMIT their proposal directly to the New Jersey Health Foundation at www.njhealthfoundation.org
