Docusign Training & Access

The RBHS Clinical Trials Office (CTO) manages a 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant Docusign site that gives study teams the ability to electronically sign study documents in a compliant manner. This solution co-exists alongside our eReg solution, which also provides compliant electronic signing and filing of study documents.

If you are looking to electronically sign a document that DOES NOT require 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, visit OIT’s webpage for instructions on how to login to the University’s Docusign.

Training For Docusign:

All versions of Docusign work the same, so the 21 CFR Part 11 does not look or operate differently. Training is available through Docusign University and additional support can be found on the Docusign Website. If you require additional training, or have a specific question related to training for our 21 CFR Part 11 site, contact us at clinicaltrials@rbhs.rutgers.edu.
