NRMN Grant Writing Group
The National Research Mentoring Network-CIC Academic Network (NRMN-CAN) is a collaborative Big Ten NIH grant offering professional development, grantsmanship coaching, and mentor skills training to postdocs in biological, clinical, environmental, and social/behavioral sciences. The NJ ACTS Workforce Development Core runs a Monthly Grant Writing Program with two NRMN-trained Grant Coaches, Drs. Lauren Aleksunes and Suzie Chen. Both coaches provide tailored feedback on grant proposal specific aims through peer review. Postdocs and faculty (junior and midcareer) in NJ interested in this program should email aleksunes@eohsi.rutgers.edu.
