Judith Neubauer, Ph.D., is Professor of Medicine in the Pulmonary Division. Until recently, she was Vice President for Research Regulatory Affairs at Rutgers from 2008-2019, where she oversaw the Human Subjects Protection Program, IRB, Conflict of interest, IACUC, Export Control, and Responsible Conduct of Research at Rutgers. Prior to this role, she was the Associate Dean for Research at RWJMS from 1994-2008.
